Spirituality Research in Health Sciences aims to advance rigorous scientific research on spirituality and health; examine the relationship between spirituality and physical, mental, and social health and quality of life; investigate the role of spirituality in disease prevention, illness adjustment, treatment, and rehabilitation; and promote interdisciplinary research connecting health sciences, humanities, and spirituality studies with potential implications for healthcare education, clinical practice, and health policy. Purely theoretical studies without a clear and substantive connection to health sciences are not a publication priority.
